We expect groups to be as flexible as possible regarding performance dates. If you have especially limited availability, we may have more difficulty fitting your performance into our schedule.

To enable us to help you put on the best possible production, we strongly encourage groups to attend our producers' meeting on 6:30 - 9:00PM Wednesday 4th February at Hanger Farm Arts Centre.
Groups will have the opportunity for a short rehearsal session in the venue on Sunday 15th March 2026 (exact timings for each group tbc.).
The All England Theatre Festival (AETF) is a national competition giving community drama groups the opportunity to represent England at the British Final.
Round 1 - The Totton Festival of Drama - Week of the 16th March 2026 at Hanger Farm Arts Centre
Round 2 - Western Area Semi Final - Saturday 16th May 2026 at The Merlin Theatre, Frome
Round 3 - English Final - Saturday 30th May 2026 at The Little Theatre, Leicester
Round 4 - British Final - 3rd & 4th July 2026 at Theatr Clwyd, Mold, Wales
To enter The Five Counties Youth Festival, your cast must be under the age of 18 on the week of the festival.

You are entitled to 2 competitor passes.

Please note: Performances start at 7:00pm and it is essential that members of your group and supporters are aware that there will be no admission after this time until a suitable interval occurs.
